ISA 'Angels'
There are also special projects and special people who aid us in our cause. One of these "angels" is Gordon T. Catanya, an artist living in Amsterdam. During the Amsterdam convention in his home city, Mr. Catanya donated one of his paintings to our scholarship cause and promised future sales would benefit the ISA Scholarship program. He is renowned for his portraits of the world's pioneer women aviators. Take a moment and peruse some of his paintings.

Convention
During the annual convention, ISA members raise money for the many ISA Scholarships that are available each year. The Silent Auction and the Convention Raffle are our two big fund-raising events. This year, let's build our scholarship funds deeper than ever, and have some fun, too!

Here are some ideas for contributions, including a sample donation/solicitation letter you can use in requesting donations from your company, from favorite hotels or resorts, or from many other sources.

• Have a favorite hotel you’ve visited on vacation? Let us know.
• Stayed in a great layover hotel? Send us the name.
• Think an auction item might be too big to ship? Think again. A photo
  or brochure will do.
• Send us your ideas about other interesting items: aviation art, fun things
  from International members
