Each May, ISA members and their families meet for three days of relaxation, recreation and professional exchange.

Past convention sites have been held in all four corners of the United States from Washington D.C. to Miami to San Diego to Seattle and many locations in between.  Memphis, Denver, New Orleans and San Francisco have all played host.  The 20th Anniversary of ISA in 1998 was held in Las Vegas, the site of the first convention.  But the fun doesn't stop there!  As well as Alaska and Hawaii, the convention has been held in many diverse locations including Sydney, Amsterdam, Bangkok, Cyprus, Costa Rica and in 2004 Phoenix, Arizona.

Wherever we hold our conventions, the aim is the same: to share our experiences and to encourage women to become airline pilots.
