Selection Factors:

Achievements... Attitude... Commitment... Dedication... Motivation
Reliability... Responsibility... Teamwork... Financial Need

Our winners' goals must include: Desire to be an airline pilot.

State NONE  if you have no violations—or clarify if you do.

Just a reminder: ISA+21, a group of women airline pilots, is awarding these scholarships...not WAI, a particular airline, or any other entity.

Our members can see more detailed information about the women who have been awarded over the years and where they are now.

Financial Winners 2020

ISA+21 is pleased to announce our 2020 financial scholarship winners!
There are
ten winners this year, bringing the total award to $50,000.
Each winner will receive up to $5000 for
their choice of a CFI/CFII/MEIor MEII.

There are also five Francesca
Norris scholarship winners that will be announced in March at Women in Aviation. Two type ratings will also be awarded after interviewing at WAI.

Last year’s type winners were hired by airlines.
Apparently being given a scholarship by us, and our grueling qualifying“practice”interview, has helped put our winners at the top just by winning! That’s why we have the money to award so many financial winners this year.
